At entrance to now closed Newmont Mine located on the Uellow Brick Road.
The cache is located at the entrance to the now closed Newmont Gold Mine. This gold mine opened in 1984 but closed about 20 years later when it ran out of gold.
Easy hike to the cache from the road
The original cache contained a pencil, logbook, old British Penny, old British half penny, 1 compass keychain and the "Jamestown, USA Diabetes TB".
