Geocache Description:

On a gravel road. ¼ mile from paved road. Terrain is dry, flat and wooded. Container is large enough for a TB or two.

Contains Log, Pen and wishes. Please read and/or take a wish. There are blank cards to leave your own wish.

We are bringing you here to feed our mosquitoes, and they are hungry! My kids loved to climb this “king” tree. Lightening ended its reign. There are also some vary large oaks, see if you can see the two biggest. The size is unusual because the area was logged in the early 1900’s and fire swept through after that. There are still signs of the fire on the stumps that remain. The habitat also is home to many wild blueberry and cranberry bushes. My father and I used to pick cranberries in a near by marsh.
