Geocache Description:

Great spot for a walk, picnic or roller blade.

This should be an easy find. The rock is located on Belleville's waterfront. The rock for this cache contains some information for a fellow that served the Belleville area for a number of years and this monument recognizes his efforts.

To find the location of the cache box and log you must use some math to find it.

Using the North coordinates as a starting point add the number of years of service to find the new North coordinates

To find the new West coordinates. Subtract the year he was President from his last year of service. Next count the number of letters in his names and subtract from the total than add this to the starting West Coordinates.
