Geocache Description:


First, let me make one thing perfectly clear…”The cache is not at the posted coordinates"

The rules of Sudoku are simple. Enter digits from 1 to 9 into the blank spaces. Every row must contain one of each digit. So must every column, as must every 3x3 square.
This Sudoku has a unique solution that can be reached logically without guessing.

This is sort of way out in left field from the usually traditional types of caches that we do, but what the heck………I’ll try almost anything once. The cache route will take you on a journey around some of the areas of Tremont where I enjoyed some of the best times of my childhood. Whether it was where I went fishing, skated and played ice hockey, played town chase on my bike or went sleigh riding and building snow forts. Each leg on your destination is a short drive and entirely within the borough limits of Tremont

There are 3 ways to do this cache:

1). Just solve the Sudoku puzzle and plug the corresponding letter/number values into the key, going directly to the cache container.

2). For those of you who haven’t totally mastered this puzzle and it concept or just need a little help. The listed coordinates will take you to LEG 1, which is a tubular container with half of the finished puzzle and the coordinates to LEG 2. If you so desire, you can solve the puzzle and as in step 1, fill in the numbers and go directly to the cache container.

3). The third way is to go to both legs and get the full puzzle and fill in the blanks going to the cache container

OR

You can do all three, sort of a check if you are unsure of your skills. Whichever way you choose with all Geocaching Adventures, have fun and be safe.
