McDiane: Another rotten apple spoils the whole tree.

Land owner was forced to put up "No Trespassing" in order for authorities to officially make "homeless" man living at GZ leave. Apparently you can live in a tent anywhere there isn't a sign expressly saying you can't. :(

Anyway, official Geocaching rules say I can't instruct you to ignore "No Trespassing" signs even if land owner says I can, so I'm forced to archive this cache. Hope everyone enjoyed this cache over the last 3 years. Looking for another spot nearby.

Geocache Description:

Ammo Box located in wooded area behind small business plaza in Boone.

Be careful on entrance and exit to business park (sharp curve).

Enter trail at back right corner of dumpster. Entrance may require light bushwhacking during spring/summer.

As you enter small clearing, go up hill. Slope is fairly steep and fallen leaves and/or rain may make it VERY slippery.






Cache placed in honor of my sister, who owns a nearby hair salon.



Should be an easy find once you reach ground zero, but I've upped the difficulty rating since a few DNF's and "2nd attempts" have been logged. I suspect problems are due to tree cover and frequent fog causing havoc with GPS.

Please trade evenly and rehide as found.
