Saturday July 7th
(that's 7/7/7 for those keeping score) at 11AM (we couldn't
swing 7AM :-) )
Come one come all to a strictly
social gathering at Pragemann Park in
Wallingford.
Lots of times, an
outdoor caching event is really just an excuse to do a lot of
caches in one day and perhaps bump into a cacher or two.
This event is different, there's maybe one cache in the park
so the rest of the time can be spent actually socializing with
your fellow cachers! Come to the pavilion, chill out,
have a chat over a game of Bocce Ball, perhaps horseshoes..
how about a game of volley ball? And don't forget to bring
your baseball mitt, bat and ball! There'll be lots of
food, lots of grills and lots of people to talk to. So
consider this an opportunity to hone your people skills!!
Naturally, kids and pets are welcome, the more
the merrier.
The event will be from 11AM until we all get
bored and leave.
Things we
need:
Food! It'd be a good idea to get a food list
going.
Drinks! It's July, it'll be hot, people need to
drink.
Charcoal - for the grills, and perhaps throwing at
people cheating at horseshoes :)
Equipment

There are tennis courts, bring racquets if you have
them

Softball gear, if there's enough of us, we'll have
a game

Volley Ball, we need a net and a ball... so
basically everything!

Horseshoes, We've got that one covered - bring your
own personal horseshoes if you're a professional like
YodaDog.

Bocce Ball, does anyone actually own a set of
these? If so, bring 'em along!
