Geocache Description:

Decon container, near ground level.

This is on the public side of a fence surrounding one of my relatives businesses. He knows it is there. You can park within 10 feet of the cache, but may have to duck to get to it.

March 2008 Update - No longer Cason's, though I think the new guys kept the name. Cache is available for adoption.

ROBERT LOWELL "BOB L." CASON

SAN ANGELO - On Easter Sunday, March 23, 2008, Our Precious Lord took the hand of and led home Robert Lowell "Bob L." Cason, 71, of San Angelo.

Bob was born Jan. 2, 1937, to A. N. and Christine Blackwell Cason in San Angelo, Texas. He graduated from San Angelo High School. In 1959, Bob and his dad opened Cason Pawn. After his father retired, Bob continued to operate and expand his business, which included Cason No. 2 and Cason Trailers. He sold his businesses in 2007.

Bob was a member of the Wall Brethren Church and had served on the Board of Elders a number of years. He enjoyed singing with the church choir. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Naval Reserve. He was a member of the San Angelo Emergency Corps for several years, was one of the founding members of the Texas Pawnbrokers' Association, where he served a term on the board of directors, was a member and officer of the Texas Woodworkers' Association as well as a member of the Concho Valley Woodturners.

Memorials may be made to the Wall Brethren Church Building Fund, House of Faith or a charity of your choice.

"For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight. I have finished my course. I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day; and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing." - 2 Timothy 4:6
Bob has finished the task he was born to do. He has gone home.
