Located at end of Stage Head Road at Frenchman's Cove.
An easy cache to get to - you can drive right up to it over a fairly descent dirt road of a km or so. The road leads to a small wharf and group of fishing sheds/stages.
At the very end of the road is a lovely small, sandy beach and a rocky breakwater guarding the entrance to the harbour. The cache is a 2L container and is hidden amongst the rocks of the breakwater. It contains a log/pencil and the usual trading items.
Have fun exploring the area! Hopefully every day can be as calm as the day I placed the cache, but I know this area gets its share of wind and sea.
