No Pants Beach Cache Traditional Cache

My buddy Gino and I were riding jet skis through the Devils Elbow. He was riding a Kawasaki TS sitdown and I was on a Kawasaki 550 stand up. We pulled into this beach and I asked Gino if he would like to try riding the stand up. He said that he would. I gave him the basics and he headed out into the river. He fell off and after several attempts to ride the thing he gave up. He was laying in the river and headed the ski back to the beach. He put a death grip on the gas and the ski shot into the beach. I noticed something floating in the water and asked Gino if he had lost his hat. He stood up and put his hands on his head and said that he wasn't wearing a hat. When he stood up it was obvious that the ski blast had knocked his pants off. I jumped on the TS and went after the pants but could not find them. Gino had to ride back to Park Moabi without his pants. Since that time we have called this place No Pants Beach. Sometimes there is a beach here, sometimes not. This cache is dedicated to the memory of Gene Evans, may he rest in peace.
There is some bushwacking required and you should wear shoes, flip flops and bare feet are not recommended. This one must be approached from the water. Thanks to #1Brother and Beachdep for their help on this one. There is a FTF medal for FTF.
