Brydalen er et av flere bygdesamfunn i Tynset kommune.Det bor under 100 innbyggere her.
Kjerka i brydalen ble bygd på dugnad i 1883. Den ble til å begynne med brukt som skolestue.

Brydalen is one of several country communities in the municipal of Tynset.
They built the church by voluntary work in 1883. It was in the beginning used as schoolhouse.
