Dalesman: As this cache has been in need of attention for some time, with no update from the CO, I'm archiving it to keep it from showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements.

Please note that if geocaches are archived by a reviewer or Geocaching HQ for lack of maintenance, they are not eligible for unarchival.

Geocache Description:

Easy walk along a nice tow path. Some beautiful Rhodedendrams in full colour as I set this one

A place our dogs have loved to walk, very interesting sniffs and smells and lots of friendly people too.
A small cache with Log book ~Pencil and 1 or 2 thing'ameejigs in.A nice peaceful part of the canal with wildlife a plenty good views up the Aire and Worth valley also.Had to move this one from orignal position as it had been muggled. Should now be ok .
A great feat of Civil Engineering, this was totally hand dug/built, now in use for pleasure cruise's mostly.
I wonder if it could be done today with out concrete and machines. (visit link)
