Warning : Lame Urban Micro Cache isn't at posted Coords

Here's a twist to our  L.U.M.P. series...a lame urban micro puzzle!  John has such a hard time trying to figure out what I'm saying.   He usually just shakes his head and laughs! You'd think after 36 years of marriage he'd figure it out...can you?
