This is a multi-layered power puzzle. We hope you'll get a charge out of it. The current location is not at the posted coordinates. You will only find a short 'message' there. Even the best puzzle breaker should expect to make two trips before finding the cache recepticle.

Don't be shocked if at first you don't succeed. Stay grounded and let the puzzle spark your imagination. It won't do to get into a state of high tension over this and blow a fuse, so to speak. Just read carefully and you can plug-in a whole battery of new numbers to transform the coordinates. After the switch they will conduct you to the exact spot, at least within a couple of meters.
We hope it won't generate any static if we don't give many hints. You won't need much energy to solve it, even if the utility of some of the clues is slightly out-of-phase. It's just another outlet for you puzzle cachers to show off your considerable skills.
