Geocache Description:

Tupper Ware type about a quart.

The title is my attempt at a joke and an acronym and sort of a double entendre taken from the location this originated with. I had to move the original. It came from cache “Back to school singing old Scottish song”, the original location. The title stands for Relocated On Account of Creepy H______ Person On Trail. For the blank and the double meaning see the logs on that one.

Approach this one from State Street. You could come from the other way if you want to bump up the terrain a level or two. Enter the brush a little east of the dead on location. There is sort of a trail. There is some bushwhacking.

There is a sign that says the the area you walk through is closed from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. But if you come from the other directions there are no rules so I don't know what to say.

If I find out what the old concrete steps were I will post it here.
Update 7/6/07 - The guy from the city said he needs a few weeks to look up the info about the steps. However one of the visitors (Clanfrancis) told me her husband grew up in a house at the bottom of the hill and thinks the steps were part of an old park. The original site was a stone quarry and later a dump. On the east side of 50th street, there is an empty lot that was the dump shack. 70% of the homes were moved to that location when the freeway was built about 1963.
