This is a simple micro bison tube cache to bring cachers to this nice site in Dogtown.
I heard about this statue when it was first dedicated in 2004. It sounded like a neat place, and thanks to a bison tube contribution from javapgmr, it is now the home to a cache.
There was some joking about this statue when it was placed, a side view from the south side of the statue appears to have an "attribute" I bet the sculptor didn't anticipate when he made it.
