Geocache Description:

You can see the metal dome for miles away.

This is the long abandoned Farrington Solar Observatory.

There is a rusting cable across the rocky road accending to the observatory so you will have to hike up the last 700'.

The door to the observatory is broken and off it's hinges, inside the major equipment is long gone and there is an abundance of "critter" debris.

There is an inside ladder to the second level where the remains of the telescope apperatus is located.

The cache is located in a rock pile outside not far away. Please recover the cache as you found it.
