Rats! Wouldn't you know it, earlier in the day we had stashed an ammo can in the usual fashion, not realizing there was an elusive Woodrat bonus cache somewhere in the park. So Violet starts reading about Woodrats and Footrats and Ratwoods and Ratfoots and a bonus cache and I can't even remember what, all I knew is that we might either have to backtrack or go back and pick up that ammo can to carry all the way back home. Rats! What wood you do? I did the only thing I could do... got rid of this decon container to make room for that silly ammo can. Rats!
Please do not disturb the large pile of sticks near the cache site. It is a nice example of a Dusky Footed Woodrat nest. There is no need to leave the trail to retrieve this cache.
