This cache is off a well worn path but not very far, and the brush is quite thin so it's fairly easy to get to. It's about 1 mile along the road surrounding the lake, a flat, easy walk with a nice view.
Look for a white arrow painted on the road that points to the small trail you'll need to take. It's about 300 feet before the cache. The trail will take you within about 50 feet and then you'll have to blaze your own path. The brush here is quite thin so it's easy to pick your way through.
Original contents include a travel bug, a crazy happy face sticker, a matchbox car, and a couple of other things.
Cache is a square Tupperware container with a blue lid.
I called it Coyote Landing just because it seemed like a place coyotes would come at night to howl at the moon. There is a nice view of the lake from here.
