Alsume’s fifteenth cache is the sixth of a series of six caches placed along the Moonee Ponds Creek Trail. This series of caches runs starts in Strathmore and finishes near Roxburgh Park. There is also a bonus cache for those who complete the series of six caches. There are clues for the coordinates of the bonus cache in each of six caches. The series is designed to be done by bike, although some, but not all, of the caches are accessible from nearby streets without too long a walk. The length of the ride from MPCT #1 to MPCT # 6 is approximately 12km each way.
The cache is hidden in a small patch of bush close to the trail. As finding this cache gives you the final clue for the MPCT bonus cache, this “bird in the hand” is definitely worth two in the bush!

The cache is a Sistema container, approx 200 ml, camouflaged to blend into its surroundings. It is suitable for only small swaps.
