This may be the easiest "5" rated cache you'll ever do.
We wanted to place a cache that was easy, yet hard. This one fits the bill. You will have no trouble getting to the cache location but accessing the cache will take a little work.
FIRST: You will need a partner with one good thumb and one good finger on each hand. The person may need to be an adult. A child's hands may not be big enough for the job.
Please do not use artificial items or devices to replace the step in which you need your fingers and thumbs.
SECOND: You will need to bring 10 liters of water. Please use water.
If this doesn't tell you enough, you will figure the rest out when you get there.
You DO NOT have to go inside the fenced area to find the cache.
