Geocache Description:

HELLERWORK

This is near the medical building where I receive Hellerwork treatment from Mary for fitness and performance, better ergonomic design and an awareness of personal ecology. It is also good for pain too.
I thought about calling this cache Hell or Work because you can go through Hell with pain and treatment just to get back to work.
Hellerwork is a powerful, integrated system of structural bodywork, movement education and dialogue. Hellerwork makes the connection between movement, body alignment and personal awareness. By freeing natural movement, balancing the body's structure and opening up expression, Hellerwork allows you to optimize how you use your body.
Be aware, Mary maybe watching you from the upper window.

If you find the cache hide it as well as you found it.
