Geocache Description:

Another in the Phillipstribe's "Recycler" series, this is a cache made from a container that would usually wind up taking up space in a landfill.

This cache should be fun for an experienced cacher. Just watch out for muggles. Expect to get wet feet, unless you are a broad jumper or have stilts! (NOTE: WITH THE DRY WEATHER NOW IS YOUR CHANCE TO CLAIM THIS CACHE IN SNEAKERS!) Terrain has been reduced due to low water level. This is a series of seven caches in which we are encouraging the understanding of recycling with our children. Reusing what looks like trash as a fabulous geo treasure. “Chill Pill”, “Good to the Last Cache”, “Chug-A-Mug”, “Play Dough”, “Lemon Leap” “Geo in a Jif” and “Duncan Hide” are all caches that offer traditional geo adventures. The first to find to these caches gets bragging rights only. But a moral value that we can all take and reuse is shared. Phillipstribe continues to put Currituck on the map as a geo traveler’s destination to find fun and interesting caches. Please note and be conservative when logging your finds. Most of these are small or considered micro so have a pen handy and only log your find to save paper. Wishing you happy hunting and many safe geo-caching adventures. Park Hours 8AM til Sunset.
