SWEET 16 Traditional Cache

THIS CACHE IS LOCATED IN LAKE D'ARBONNE STATE PARK ABOUT 50 FEET FROM THE "WHITE TRAIL".
THE CACHE IS A PLASTIC 1 GALLON CONTAINER WRAPPED IN CAMO DUCK TAPE. THERE IS A PEN IN THE CONTAINER FOR SIGNING THE LOGBOOK. THE CONTENTS OF THE CACHE WAS REFRESHED ON 20 JANUARY 2008. THE CACHE WAS PLANTED TO HONOR ONE OF THE EAGLES 16TH BIRTHDAY SO WE NAMED IT SWEET 16.
THE CACHE IS LOCATED IN THE 655 ACRE STATE PARK. THE PARK OFFERS MANY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES. THERE ARE SOME VERY NICE TENNIS COURTS AS WELL AS A VERY NICE SWIMMING POOL. THERE ARE FIVE FISHING PIERS, PICNIC AREA, BOAT RAMP, AND SEVERAL MILES OF HIKING TRAILS. THE CABINS AND CAMPING AREAS ARE VERY VERY NICE AND ARE WELL MAINTAINED. THE PARK IS OPEN 6AM TO 9PM DURING THE WEEK. ON THE WEEKEND THE HOURS ARE 6AM TO 10PM. THE ADMISSION FEE IS $1.00 PER PERSON.
