Geocache Description:

A statue of the revolutionary Dr. Sun Yat-sen, the first president of the Republic of China, stands in this little park. His brother, Sun Mei, was one of the many Chinese immigrants who settled in this area, and the doctor hid his family in Kula with him during the Chinese Revolution of 1911. The park occupies a small piece of land that was once part of his brother’s prosperous ranch. Growling Foo dogs guard the entrance to this terrific picnic spot overgrown with peach and fig trees. The park is often deserted despite incredible views.
