This cache is in a public park with permission of Wauconda Park District. There is ample parking and a 1 mile paved trail around the park. The cache is hidden off trail, in a more wooded area.
This is the first cache made by the Geo-kids, a park district summer program. It is in a rubber maid type container that they have spray-painted
green. In it they have placed: a peace sign pin, a stencil set, a plastic compass, a red toy car, a pink super ball, and a University of Chicago Chip Clip. There is also a Diabetes Travel bug that was found by a local scout in a nearby cache but not previously reported. We will log it in!
