Practically a Drive by caching, but not quite...
Although you can't quite get this one from your car it's got close by parking and no it won't SHOCK you but it's placement is Electrifying. This is another idea I got while caching in Arlington Texas on a business trip. I saw lots of great ideas out there and plan on implimenting them here too since I havne't seen many similar ideas out this way yet. The cache itself is a micro cache with a log only. Bring a pen or pencil to log this one. I hope your enjoy this find, and hopefully this one won't get muggled. This one is also located near my other Micro, 'No Fires Here', So if you haven't done that one yet, you can get two in one shot.
