Geocache Description:

A visit to an ancient boundary.

"There was an old Giant who had nothing to do,
So he built a Giant hedge from Lerryn to Looe."

The "Giant`s Hedge" is (possibly) a post Roman tribal boundary in the form of a raised bank that runs for several miles east of the Fowey river. In some places it looks like just another overgrown field edge but in others the bank is still about 10 feet high. The walk to the cache follows one short section of this boundary.
Park at Lanreath, cross over the main road & drop down the little lane until you reach the muddy track to the left. Follow this to the cache, the high bank above is The Hedge. The cache is not placed on The Hedge itself but alongside the track after it has turned away from the boundary. You are looking for a half litre plastic box.
