I adopted this cache when the great Genoist had to move away. I am
keeping it exactly as he had it and how I found it my first time.
Below is the original description as Genoist wrote it.
Be warned, this is not a walk in the park cache like the other Fort
Wayne Pay-it-Forward caches. I'd suggest long pants for this one.
It is my favorite type of cache. An easy to find, but hard to get
to traditional type cache. You don't have to solve any puzzles for
this one! The container is a waterproof lexan box above flood
level. Please make sure to replace the container SECURELY where you
found it so it does not fall or get washed away by the flooding
river. Also, don't try to find this cache if the river is flooded,
unless you want to swim to it that is.
This is my contribution to the Pay It Forward Series of caches
started by GerbilMafia. Here’s how it works: you find this cache
and in return place a “Pay it Forward” cache of your own, easy
huh?
When somebody finds your cache they do the same, and so on and
so on. Maybe you can bring a stocked cache container with you and
place it on your way home, maybe you already know of a good
location, either way this series has the potential to grow very
fast. (Thanks to Team Wolverine above information was cut and
pasted from one their Pay it Forward caches.)
Once you place your cache simply name it “Pay it Forward” with
your team name attached, example----Pay it Forward / Team Joe
Schmoe.----
I would love to see this series reach the far corners of the
earth while giving back to the Geocaching community at the same
time.
Feel free to cut and paste this description if you decide to
participate by placing your own PIF cache. You DO NOT have to place
a cache if you don’t want to, but it would be appreciated and
hiding one PIF cache per team will be enough to make this
happen.
