This cache is meant to take you to an interesting, dead neighborhood you may not know about.
Manchester Square was the heart of Former L.A. Mayor James Hahn's $9 billion plan to modernize Los Angeles International Airport. The entire residential acquisition program, which was supposed to conclude by 2006, had an estimated budget of $485 million and is not included in the overall $9 billion bill to renovate LAX.
Of the 280 homes once occupying Manchester Square, only 35 remained (as of 2004). Tree lined streets remind of what was.

In all likelihood you should not have muggle problems. The area is totally deserted. Occasionally, muggles will be around sitting in their cars near GZ which may require stealth.
You are looking for an Altoids tin provided by Dooley for my first cache! Woohoo.
Please replace it not too far in.
Edit Feb. 2016:
This area is now home to many homeless living out of campers. They are just folks with no place else to go, generally harmless and not going to bother you. This cache has a limited lifetime (construction here will start in a few years most likely) -- so I hope to keep it around until then.
