Welcome to Lake Cypress, one of my regular hangouts. This lake is a
favorite of anglers, amphibious pilots, and airboaters alike.
This cache was placed with permission from SFWMD land managers.
During periods of low water, you may be able to walk the 2 miles
from the boat launch to the cache location - watch out for cows!
Otherwise, you'll need a boat to navigate and you still may end up
swimming or wading to the final cache location. The hydrilla
infestation in this lake makes navigation difficult during much of
the year.
The cache is an ammo can with my usual contents. There is a
special silk pouch for the first finder.
