Geocache Description:


There is a lot of construction going on but the cache is not affected by it only it is a longer walk now till the Nature Center is up. This area is one of mine favorite spots in the park. This spot is local to a summer time restrooms and it has picnic area close by. The terrain is easy except for a small incline. But watch out for Critter Holes. The view is quite nice in early spring and winter, but summer is a (PEEK – A – Boo View). When you are there please take a few moments to enjoy the quiet and the view and maybe have a picnic. Great Sledding in the near by area, so if you do this in the winter take you sled.The cache is a small plastic container. This cache is approved by DCNR.

The cache is a clear plastic container that has a log book and pen, an eraser, key ring, American Flag pin, and an Oxy Clean spot remover wipe for the picnicker who makes a mess on themselves.

Please be careful when returning this cache. We found the cache container again broken.
