A long time ago, he Caroline Rec. Center was a school. The school was closed and it was converted into a recreational center. Here you will find the county library, an auditorium used for various county business, an indoor basketball court used by the parks and recs authority, and assorted other county-related things.
You can park very close to the cache if you do it right.
Beware of muggles, depending on the time of day and time of year.
