the3gmen: It's been a fun 16 years since my sons and I placed this cache. The boys are now in their 20s and haven't been geocaching in a long time but I certainly enjoyed reading the logs of everyone who found this cache.

I am archiving it since it tends to get muggled and disappear more often than I'd like.

The good news is that I've taken the container that I was planing to fix this one up with and created a new geocache about 1/2 mile away from where this one was. And everyone of the 204 people who found this one are now free to grab another fairly easy smiley there.

Thank you to everyone who searched for this one and a POX on those who muggled it and stole my ammo cans. LOL

Geocache Description:

This cache is hidden in the High Ridge wildlife area.

This is the first geocache that we, the3gmen, have hidden.

We had a nice little hike to the area and there was plenty of wildlife in the area.

When we first placed this cache, it contained some small toys. We are sort of aiming this cache at younger hunters so it is sitting on the ground, but you will need to leave the paved path to find it. It is an ammo box and wasn't intended to be too hidden. Let the kids search first, they'll be proud when they are able to find it

Since this is our first hide, we would welcome any comments others may have to help us improve our future hides.
