Cache is a lock & lock full of goodies.
This is the second Les Schwab Memorail Cache. This one happens to be at one of Les' favorite spots.
To most of us growing up anywhere in the Pacific Northwest, Les was a very familiar face. His face was all over TV commercials, and his voice permeated the radio waves.
What most of you don't know however, was just how generous a man Les was. In everyone of his more than 400 stores he gave back 50% of all profits in the form of profit sharing, medical benefits, retirement and dividends. None of which any of his employees had to ever pay a dime of thier own money for.
There is no way a small description on a cache listing can do this man's legacy any justice. So many of us owe our families livelyhood's to this man and the programs he created.
Thank You for everything Les. You will be greatly missed.
