DO NOT GO TO THE LISTED CO-ORDINATES. They're all wet. You'll have
to open the Gallery picture titled Chipping Peer and figure it out
from there.
The cache is on the Saanich Peninsula. This small park is not much
used, possibly because its access is very hard to find..the solved
puzzle will tell you where to enter it. I've made the hint clearer
for those cachers who hate puzzles :)
