Hurray, at long last our baby cousin Isobel has arrived aka the Bump formerly known as Dudley! The cache is not at the above coordinates, but they are a good place to park and the location of the information you need.
This cache is to celebrate the birth of Isobel the youngest member of Rebel Alliance, who arrived on the 19th of June.
It is a quick easy off-set (so easy a baby can find it).
The question now is will Rebel Alliance change their name to 'The Fantastic Four'?
The coords above are a good place to park as well as the location of the information you need.
Get the date from the stone on the building NOT the sign.
Then the final coords are:

Where ABC are equal to 2412 - the number on the stone
and DEF are equal to the number on the stone - 1098
