Geocache Description:

Cache is on private property with permission. Please do not attempt to find this cache at night, and be respectful of the area. It is on a busy street, but you can park in the driveway to retrieve the cache. Please do not move any of the landscaping, as there is no need. Should be a pretty easy find. There is a marina nearby about 0.2 miles from the cache if you want to get to the area by boat.

Container is a small rubbermaid box with room for some small trade items.
