Geocache Description:

Fun little cache to catch while doing the others on the trail.

This cache is in honor of Richard Lyman Bushman's cultural biography of Joseph Smith titled Rough Stone Rolling. The cache is full of smooth stones we have collected trough our travels. Joseph said everyone should have their own personal "seer stone" ;) Brigham Young had one. Wilford Woodruff consecrated one on the alter of the Manti temple said to have been found while digging the foundation. We have deposited ours in a box on a hill side ;);) Although, you'll have to pretend like your GPS is the angel or white salamander leading you to the spot where the cache was laid(you choose);););) Enjoy the spirit and sometimes lighter side of Mormon folklore and leave your own personal “seer stone” in the cache.

There is a fun playground for the kids and several other caches very close by on the trail (but more than 500')
