The City of Suffolk has given us permission to place the cache and I am surprised none have been placed here yet, but they ask that everyone please respect the hours of the cache location (Dawn to Dusk).
This cache is being placed in honor of my new southern 4-wheelin' geocaching friends, Ice Cream Man & Mrs. Ice Cream Man who provided the container and insisted we hide, hide, hide!
There is NO need to go on the property of the golf course. The cache is located on park property.
This is a 66 acre park that offers a variety of natural areas, 12 picnic shelters, children's play - ground, restrooms, open space, trails, a beautiful lake, and breathtaking views of the Nansemond River.
