Welcome to Sonoita! In FOD #4 I mentioned that sometimes the success of a baseball team was proportional to the perceived interest of the community. Well Sonoita disproved that theory!
It isn’t that they don’t love baseball, they do! It’s just that you couldn’t tell by the condition of the field. Yet their Little League minors team was undefeated in the 2007 series! Sonoita proves that even when it appears the team has nothing, great coaching and raw talent in the players wins games! GREAT JOB SONOITA!!!
I wanted to put this closer to the field, but I also wanted to keep in the Chiricahua DGP region, so its across the street. Please BYOP and be discrete.
