The cache is located in an area that contrasts both new and old. On the left there are 2 churches: an old Ukrainian Church/Cemetery and a newer Catholic church. From the cache site, you can look down the valley and see farms and fields ahead, and see a new subdivision on the hills to the right. The cache is located near an old irrigation ditch which is starting to be overgrown and buried in some places. It may completely disappear as dirt from the cemetery is used to fill it.
Please use caution in the area. There are some areas that are occasionally traveled in the direction of the cache, but in general there is no specific path and it is not maintained. The ground is a bit uneven with mole hills, weeds, and some random debris.
This cache is on my family's property with permission for cachers to find it (top 1/3 of the hill). Standard disclaimer applies: Cache seekers assume all risks involved in seeking a cache.
There is no need to enter the church/cemetery, although it is listed as a heritage site and there is a plaque at the door.
It is now a TB hotel since I tend to drop bugs here for distribution and is a relatively safe place for them.
