An incident of unknown proportions is upon us and we need your help
urgently. A few days ago we received a message from our tactical
operations office in Marseille, France. The message was sent on the
high priority channel and encrypted with our own strong
polyalphabetical code:

As you all know, the code can not be cracked unless you have the
T.I.C.S official code disc. This disc is, as always, in the hands
of our chief decoder. It is unfortunately of little use to us since
our chief decoder was arrested in a tax raid two weeks ago. We have
been informed that he has the disc safely hidden in the instructed
body cavity while awaiting trial, but we are not able to use it at
the moment.
The only option left is to send one of our agents to retrieve the
spare disc that is hidden in a small forest in Silverdal. We must
warn you, though. The place is infested with enemies on the other
side of the law. The agent must then decode the message and take
appropriate action. Should you accept this mission and carry it out
with success you will have our eternal gratitude. A nice prize also
awaits the first agent to complete this task.
