This cache is located in the woods of D'Arbonne State Park. There is no trail to this cache and the elevation can be fairly steep.
This park is a majestic place to visit featuring 655 acres of piney forests, rolling hills, five fishing piers, and beautiful Lake D'Arbonne. The park offers first class accommodations with lakeside cabins and camping areas. Activities include hiking, biking, fishing, swiming,tennis and more. The park is open to the public from 6AM to 9PM weekdays, and from 6AM to 10PM Friday and Saturday. Visitor admission is $1.00 per person.
A word of thanks goes to the manager of D'Arbonne State Park for allowing caches to be placed within the park.
The cache is a regular sized clear outdoor waterproof container filled with great stuff.
This area will give you a really nice view of the woods.
