Going for Goldthorn Traditional Cache

The cache is in a small park just off a tarmac path and in a small group of trees and shrubs. Needs some exploration into the undergrowth but nothing too difficult.
The cache is within a park on the corner of Goldthorn Road and the Penn Road in Wolverhampton. Parking can be found on Goldthorn Road itself adjacent to the park, there is plenty of areas with no parking restrictions. Please do not park on Penn Road itself as it is a busy A-road.
The park land used to belong to properties at its rear known as Goldthorn Terrace and were part of their lengthy front gardens. The land was transferred to the Council when the properties were renovated around 20 years ago. The land now forms a pleasant walk-through with grassed areas and a lots of mature trees. Pedestrian access to the park is from either the Penn Road or Goldthorn Road although there are steps from Golfthorn Road side, pushchairs etc may need to walk around to the other end but this is only a 5 minute detour.
The cache itself is a 1 litre lock and lock type box with room for a few small swaps and travel bugs. I thought carefully of where to place it avoid detection from passers by and with a bit of discretion it should be possible to find and log it without being noticed. The land is generally flat but can get a little muddy after rain, some rooting around in undergrowth maybe required!
Because of the trees GPS reception can be iffy - but remember the cache is definately in the park and there is no need to go near the roads.
