This cache is the fourth of my "In Plain View (IPV)" series. I was inspired by a series (the Maryland Cache Series) I found in England, that oddly enough, was inspired by caches found in Maryland. The owner of that series cleverly build cache "boxes" with the intent of hiding them were one would just *over-look* them. This series is intended to do the same. Some, undoubtedly, you will have seen before, others may be new. Hopefully, it will be enjoyable and will be welcome in the Leesburg area.
