Wilmont Landing. Launch a boat; eat your lunch; fish from shore; or, as many do, sit around and yap. This location is interesting during the Fall and Spring geese migrations. Evenings, the cacophony will drown out conversation.
Cachers can approach by land or water. It is best not to enter the woods directly from the parking lot. Hike 50 yards up to road then enter the woods. Avoid the scramble. Canopy may be tough on GPSr.
Note: Gravel road if approaching by land (two wheelers please use caution).
