This is a 3 stage multi that will take you up a fairly steep hill and give you a quick workout in the process. There is no trail, but the walk is straightforward without any real bushwhacking needed.
The area is strewn with moss covered boulders and lots of pine needles, which can be slippery, so please use caution.
You are looking for a small cylindrical lock and lock about 3 inches across and 5 inches long. It's hidden very well and really blends in to its surroundings.

Stage one is located at the posted coordinates. Go there and look for a sign with some words on it. Take the number of words and subtract that number from 5. Replace with A.
Now go to stage two, which is located at:
N41° 59.945
W072° 07.598
Look for another sign with some more words on it. Take the number of words and add 3. Replace with X.
GPS reception in the area was really bad, which made getting good readings difficult. We've given a fairly detailed hint to compensate.
