Instead of taking the road to Mahood Lake Campground, turn left toward Canim River. Park at N 51 53.238 W120 31.963 at the sign to Canim River Trail. Follow the trail along the river and you will come to some old cabins. These cabins were once lined with old newspapers and in places it is still possible to find a few scraps. The GPS reception is a bit iffy due to the tree canopy but it should get you into the general area. The path is now overgrown in places but my 91 yr. old mother made it with no difficulty. Cache has been moved to N51 53.198 W120 32.355 as the original structure has collapsed.
