You'll be looking for a 1.5" diameter by 3" long prescription container, camo-wrapped. You will need to bring your own pen/pencil to write your entry in the log book. The cache is located up the hill from the ALICE T. VIRTUE MEMORIAL WATER PARK. No trails exist up this hill, so be careful on your climb. We did see a small cave nearby our hide, so if you're interested, you may want to check that out while your here.
This is a fantastic pool, so you could work this cache into your day with the kids and let them cool off after a long day of caching.
This pool was constructed in 1987 with a $350,000 renovation in 2005. The Alice T. Virtue Memorial Water Park offers residents and visitors outstanding and well kept water park amenities in a picturesque setting. The large zero depth main pool is complimented by a waterslide, a drop slide, a diving board, a zero depth children's pool, picnic shelters, deck chairs and loungers and a full menu concession stand.
Alice T. Virtue was a lifelong resident of Galena whose estate provided the funds to build this water park. Perhaps having a cache in her honor is only appropriate.
