Cruisin’ the Coulee Traditional Cache

This hot-wheels-themed ammo box cache was placed by RawToast, GeoJames and LAXBobber to get cachers down this road to cruise the coulee. This particular area is a great reminder of the Coulee Region’s beauty.
The suggested cruise route is to take Hwy 14/61 out of south La Crosse, turn right onto Hwy MM and climb to the top of the ridge. Follow Hwy MM until it reaches Hwy 14/61 again and then turn right. In about 1,500 feet take the next right on Ober Rd which turns into Chipmunk Rd. Follow Chipmunk Rd to the cache and then on down to Hwy K. Turn right and follow Hwy K back to Hwy 35, which is near the Goose Island entrance and more caches!
The cache was initially seeded with 10 loved matchbox cars, 5 new ones and a $10 Wal-mart gift card for the FTF prize (to buy more cars!).
